This application allows you to make changes to the generated password because I want them to have access to making their own changes for example adding their name if they wanted. But its just to allow for more control to the password. So feel free to update the generated password easily, I think may lock that feature to avoid making changes but its your password and you should have the right to update it. If you want. Thanks. :)

I dunno which personality to awaken to write a comment, so I'll try them all at once: - Like anyone cares lol. I can do the same thing in less than 1 day. Or even do it in C. If it was a requirement (from the teacher) then fine, but why show your useless program? Moreover it took 4 years for such a simple update xD. - Nice work! It's always great to see Python and Qt examples in action, especially for such practical tools. Keep learning and sharing your experiences - it's inspiring for others diving into coding!

Why not do both at the same time so you can spare the time to select the desired conversion? Or you put a double input field which dependending on which site you fill up, it automatically fills the other side via onchange event? I mean sure how you are doing it is fine too for sure it's working - What is the story behind this converter?
