The details listed on the 2016 Dodge Ram we just bought said it had a CD player. Well, we never looked for it the day we test drove it. We was too busy learning how to get used to the Remote Start! Anyway, we haven't driven the vehicle in the last week because we had to get Plates, and I ordered a cover for the truck bed. Its snowing here so we didn't want to drive it until we got the cover put on. So, this weekend, I go out to put our CD's in. I am looking Everywhere for a CD Player.....like it advertised it had. I called my granddaughter because they have a new Chevy. I thought they might be similar. She has one where you normally have a CD Player. She told me to look in the Console, it might be there. Well, I went out to check it out. NO....there isn't a CD Player!!! I am so upset! They advertised it had a CD Player! I called the Salesman who sold it to us. He said, well sometimes we make mistakes. They copy and paste a lot of information so they don't have to re-write everything for every vehicle! So, that is their problem.....HOW?! I feel they should do something. Install a CD Player so we can listen to our CD's. We do not have a Smart Phone, and, I Do Not Want ONE! I still use a Flip Phone. We aren't Tech Savy, and don't understand Bluetooth, USB, SD Cards, etc! Had I have known this didn't have a CD Player, we wouldn't have bought this truck, or at least made them install one or bring the price down, or something. I am NOT Happy about this situation. The Salesman got rude with me. He said "Are You Telling me to do something....or Asking me"!? He had just said to me......"what do you want us to do...or expect us to do about the situation"? I was just telling him what I hoped/expected they would do to remedy the situation. Frustrating!!! Don't Buy from Elite Auto In Idaho!
