Hey! Just wondering... may I do a cover using this as the instrumental track behind it???? It's so pretty! Totally okay if not though!!! I do a little tradition of singing one of the songs from each expansions and i just finished base shadowbringers for the first time and have been itching to cover one of the songs!!!!

I don't think that any gaming moment will ever hit as hard as my first time through the Endsinger trial - not only was it coming at the end of years of playing FFXIV, but it was while we were all going through COVID together. Fuck you, despair, you can't have us!

This cover completly revived me. Wandering Flame always had a special place in my heart and hearing this brought the magic back :)

A lot of people were very struck by Endwalker, and thus struck the hardest I think were those who've hard hardship, poised the question "Why do I exist" and so forth... Endwalker was a story about the value of existance, for nothing but the sake of existing, and how such a thing is irrevocably filled with hope for tomorrow. A lot of people fear life without a purpose, instead of making living their lives the purpose itself. Empathy without understanding is a horrible thing, Endwalker demonstrated that beautifully to me.
