You'd be surprised at the amount of secrets still being found in this game to this day and some not everyone knew about. There is stuff i'm still finding and i've played mgs1 countless times since it got released

@ yep only use tranquilizer and go full stealth, it was hard but fulfilling. Its not that hard to pull off actually if you know what to do.

@@dawinkler the game has alot of fun things, you can stick c4 on gaurds backs if you get close enough undetected, the best place for it is the mens bathroom, I found this interaction with the box once but couldnt get it to repeat but you can try it if you want, but how it worked was if a guard sees the box and walks away if you don't move but instead trigger a c4 while in the box and cause an alarm the gaurds will not attack you since youve been established as just a box,but theres no radio interaction for doing the c4 on a gaurds back and none of the other gaurds react if they see it sadly, there are a lot of call interactions depending on what item and weapon you have equipped when you call for the first time, Natasha really gives you all the details when you call, some of which is over the top and UN necessary 😂 but every game has its hidden gems, in mgs3 snake eater you can blow up ammo piles, and food sheds and gaurds will run out of ammo, and be saying im so hungry, and if you throw out rotten food they'll yell food dive on it and eat it, then throw up and pass out. Any way enjoy!

Yeah If you get the positioning right that's true. I think this way is more simple. But your method is way more efficient.

@@dawinkler New games all look alike, that Low-Poly pixelated look of MGS1 is just... Something else! (same goes for the PS2 games, it is very unique)

soo, none of you mgs solid experts even know about the NES version of metal gear as an easter egg in the game?

@RobChapala you mean that the whole MGS game is a "copy" of metal gear 2? 😅 Can't think of anything else you could mean but feel free to let us know 😊

@dawinkler noo, in metal gear solid, for ps1, after about 16 hrs of continuous game play colonel gets goofy (like what mgs2 has) tell you to turn off game, go outside..then the game boots up Metal Gear for NES. once you die in that, you to back to the regular mgs game. please don't make me be the one that plays it for 16 hrs straight to get the footage...

@dawinkler i want to replicate it, but I'm afraid to do it on anything that isn't original hardware. all I've found anywhere is footage from mgs2, but only for a moment in codec. I imagine the only thing that triggers it is the game being played continuously without being turned off for a certain amount of time.
