@wasd6287 It may be that the cables for the monitor are loose, need to be replaced or moved. In worse scenarios, it may be a motherboard, GPU issue, or the monitor gave out.

I believe you have to get the Jagex Launcher no matter what. You'll have to upgrade your account. The following are the instructions on how to do so: -Log in to the RuneScape account settings for the character you want to upgrade -Click the green Upgrade Now button -Follow the prompts to create a Jagex account, set a password, and choose a name

@Sameervemuganti Based on the answers I found it looks like the GPU may have died. I would make sure everything is updated on your computer and see if the GPU is recognized if you hop into the motherboard. Otherwise, you can see if a pc repair shop can fix it or replace the GPU cheaply.
