Investors should consider a class action lawsuit against the people responsible for permits. Didn’t they inspect the pad before signing off on it because it obviously wasn’t built correctly. People granting permits are to blame.

the gov't of Yukon and court pushed Victoria Gold Corp. to receivership and forced CEO and all board of directors to resign. What a shame! See how many abandoned mines (Faro, Keno Hill, Mount Nansen, Minto and Wolverine) left becoz of political and court decision. A lot of people lost their jobs and all the financial debt/clean up fees will eventually go to taxpayers and haunt Yukon economy. Pwc is here to audit assets and liability left by the company and it will end up bringing the company toward bankruptcy!!!

The government should really back off and just let the company continue to do its clean up. Way to aggressive, unless the goal is never to have companies come in and do business there ever again. Might as well shut down the province and give it back to the bears and wolves.

Third party qualified sampling and accredited analysis is the only believable information. Like Palestine, Ohio, politically driven samplers and analyzers give politically driven results. Sampling must follow sampling protocol and be videotaped. Analysis must have documented blind standards and duplicates during the process.
