The featured clinician for our 2024 camp was the wrestling legend, David Taylor. David has arguably the most impressive wrestling career of any American wrestler. 4x High School state champion, 2x NCAA Champion, 3x World Champion, and Olympic Gold Medalist. David was recently appointed as the head wrestling coach at Oklahoma State University.

Wrestlers from 13 different states were in attendance to learn and improve.

Heavyweight wrestler, Jesse King, pins his opponent from Mountain View to earn Timpanogos High School a 32-31 victory over the Bruins. This was the first time THS has defeated MVHS in 20 years. Amazing environment, wrestling, and sportsmanship from both teams.

Not reaching during the shot is very important as well. Elbows tight as you take your penetration step. Reaching too early will kill every double you attempt. Often overlooked in tutorials. Great video.
