I definitely will👍, i’ve suffered lower back issues (facet joint syndrome) arthritis for years. Tried many therapies. I was considering surgery. while watching “AskDoctorJo “ on UA-cam ,she showed a similar exercise to what you were doing ,lifting the leg up while in a downward dog position. Along with other movements as well of course ,but I found this movement seems to make my legs tingle from my thighs to my feet 😊🤔and likewise offers pain relief. Naturally when I saw you doing this movement but adding resistant bands really spark my interest❤️. I will keep you posted ,thank you for your help in guidance.😉

@@yogamossmissboe9878 thank you thank you thank you I can’t say it enough, this has really helped illuminate a lot of my pain ,,after working hard for hours or sometimes waking up ,I’m very stiff and so I have to do these exercises every day .but they really do help ,so it’s worth all the time and dedication.❤️
@@brittweir8844 yes i have been working as a Chiropractor for 20 years. I know exercise, relaxation, yoga etc help most of my patients. Keep going little every day. You will feel very good! Dedication is key and focus on what you want to achieve healthwise 🙏
@@brittweir8844 especially stiffness in most cases will vanish with exercise - sometimes it takes 3, 6 ,9 or 12 months gradually the stiffness will improve
