Starbucks Cranberry Bliss Bars [Homemade] Holiday Dessert #baking #holiday #starbucks
Make at home Starbucks Cranberry Bliss Bars
Blondie Ingredients:
3/4 c butter, softened
1/2 c granulated sugar
3/4 c brown sugar
2 eggs
2 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c white chocolate chips
1/2 c dried cranberries
zest of one orange
Frosting Ingredients:
1 8oz package of softened cream cheese
2 c powdered sugar
1 tbs milk
zest of half an orange
1/4 c white chocolate chips
1/4 c dried cranberries
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350* degrees.
2. In a stand mixer with the paddle attachment add butter and sugars and cream together, about one minute.
3. Add eggs and mix until incorporated.
4. Add flour, baking soda and salt and mix until combined.
5. Add in white chocolate chips, dried cranberries and orange zest and mix until combined.
6. Line a 10" cake tin with parchment paper and add blondie batter and smooth out until it is evenly distributed.
7. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely before removing from the cake tin.
8. To make the frosting add cream cheese, powdered sugar and milk to a mixing bowl and mix with a hand mixer until you reach the desired consistency. Add the orange zest and mix until combined.
9. Spread the frosting on the blondie and smooth out. Add white chocolate chips and dried cranberries.
10. Cut into 16 equal wedges.
11. Store in the refrigerator.

If you put them into the freezer as soon as you make them you should be fine. I’d also keep them frozen up until you are ready to eat. Hope that helps!

Those raw cranberries aren’t very good
Actually they are quite good rolled in sugar and are a nice and sharp contrast to the sweet cake!

Love those Carving Board meats. I use the ham ones all the time for my elderly mothers meal preps - she loves ham. I hadn’t thought about a Thanksgiving themed meal using the turkey ones. Thanks for the inspiration.

Hi, it does comes a little darker to me too, loosing that nice green color no matter what I do in the drying process. \\is it the same for you?
Yes, that can happen. I don’t have a food dehydrator so the oven dries it at a higher temperature and I think that’s a factor. I’ve heard if you hang the rosemary upside down to dry then the color stays a bit better but that seems like a long process to me.

I’ve only ever tried it with these oranges but I think it would probably be pretty versatile. I’d imagine anything with a high water content would work!
