before the year ends, I just want to share a worship song that I wrote last year. quick story, this song is inspired from the POV of the woman caught in adultery in John 8:1-11
"When they kept on questioning him, he straightened up and said to them, “Let any one of you who is without sin be the first to throw a stone at her... At this, those who heard began to go away one at a time, the older ones first, until only Jesus was left, with the woman still standing there" (v. 7, 9)
then, the song starts as the woman was left alone with Jesus - the only one who can throw the first stone.. but was met with forgiveness and mercy instead 🥹
