Looping wave animation in Procreate Dreams [frame-by-frame]
How to create a looped wave in frame-by-frame animation? Today we'll look at a simple way to create two versions of a looped wave. I use points as a base and then draw over them.
I use Procreate Dreams, but this method will work for any program with frame-by-frame animation.

Gosh, thank you so much for this tutorial!! 💖Finally someone has explained it in an understandable way! I'm trying to figure out frame-by-frame animation in Photoshop right now (cause my ipad is too small to use Procreate Dreams), but hopefully I can replicate your tutorial. Can I ask you for a video on how to animate a line on static frames, such as when a character is standing still but the line outline seems to shake a bit? This is a common technique in animation reels
Hi! Thanks for the comment, it's very valuable. The pencil drawing effect can be achieved by redrawing frames one by one, even if the object is in one place. It's a long way. In some programs, you can apply different filters to achieve the rattling of the outline. For example, this can be done in After Effects. If you draw in Photoshop, you should study this issue within the framework of this program.

Great tutorial really good thank you, I love the trick to draw the guide, I'll definitely try it for some characters. The only thing is that for blobs like that, in After Effects it can be done in 2 minutes with same identical low frame animation feel.
