I find it very special to see that emotions such as stress or fear remove so much energy from your body. You don't really think about it when you feel these emotions, but unconsciously you are removed from your own energies and therefore your own body. This really makes you think about how connected you are to your body and how you can improve it.

it is super interesting how everything revolves around your perception, towards yourself and the nature around you. Only with the right perception there is a harmony. everything is energy, that also showed the demonstration of the music device with the plants and the people. Very special.

I knew that plants have feelings and react to influences. There are already some proved scientific methods of measuring this. The reaction depends on the intention or the state of the person. So I can fully understand what has been said.

It is interesting to see the different feelings of the group members. I am convinced that all external influences play a role. The more you work on it, the more intense the experience becomes. The more connected you are, the greater the feeling.
