I have the 6 chamber which I use for athletic recovery several times a week. An amazing boot!! My mom had lymph swelling and she purchased this through Medicare. It was passed down to me and at 64 I could not be happier!
The video and the instructions do NOT clarify the location of the 8 chambers as they correspond to one's legs. Do I number them 1 - 8 starting with my feet and go up? Or do I start with my upper legs and count down? I'm esp. trying to target my lower legs at the moment--the calves.

My grandma accidentally pushed the button and it started to inflated on it own I turned it off before they popped but there inflated now how can I unflated them with out popping them
I just got my airos and so far I love it. Can I use it lying down or do I have to be sitting up?
