No f. clue what are you trying to accomplish here.

Thats the sound of the fuel being injected into the engine. By deflecting the sensor plate manually so many times can cause engine flooding. The fuel distributor and the injection valves are tested for fouling and clogging by using the tester for delivered quality comparison.
