Did he call them DEPLORABLES for their political view. Crime is horrible there, as it is in L.A. In 1989, The Los Angeles Police detectives from all over the city, gave a televised press conference. During the conference they pleaded with politicians to "stop the revolving door at the southern border" as illegal criminals who had been arrested, convicted, and served their time in USA prisons for violent felony convictions, were deported, and returned to the USA, up to three and four times. Because city officials did not believe what the detectives were saying. City officials provided the Rampart Division with a red stamp pad and a stamp indicating "Illegal." Arresting officers were to conduct a "one month survey". After an arrest, officers were required to ask the arrestee, if they were in the USA legally or illegally. If the arrestee said yes/they were illegally in the country; we were to place the red stamp on the first page of the arrest report. After "two weeks" the survey was discontinued. I visited Milwaukee in 1980 when I was 10 ( even watched the Brewers at the old park with bleachers as many kids would spit down watching how many levels until it hit someone, lol) I believe Trump when driving in city, he was looking at the CONCRETE CITY OF FOREVER SIGHT. Its a city where I have never seen so much use of concrete everywhere I looked. But Trump does this when he enters into lower class areas or the lesser of the rich in a city like Milwaukee as quoting at times " Why its so dirty within middle class areas as well. Said that about Mira Mesa that year. For me , well I know about the history of political stages of Socialism ( which is not bad for big cities to use but many get gung ho and say , no its a commy , when they still dont know the system as being opposite) within Wi, not too far back as well.
