Can you post how to train as a beginner
Wow great stuff! I tried rings for the first time this week and it was like nothing I’ve ever felt before.
The girl in the back is more happy than u lol 😂
Enjoy your body while you are young. It starts going away fast when you stop using it in your mid 20's, keep doing what youre doing though and you will keep it till youre old. Avoid injury though bro!
Parabéns grande progesso
inspiring bro. great job :D
very impressive how fast you progressed
what's your bw dude? 🔥💥
Bravo, non mollare 💪👏👏😉
Inspirational great work I have just started my journey 💪
Two months, very quick
wow very motivating bro, but how did you know how to train ? is it from youtube ? did you got any injuries from this ? because i think its pretty dangerous especially the jerk and snatch i wanted to try weight lifting but all i do is try to clean and powerjerk sometime only, normally i do powerlifting and weighted calisthenics for about a year now
I saw your christmas rings video. It was so sad I almost cried. Your gymnastics coach should get a slap for not showing you how to do cross properly. Now crossfit. :'( Such a waste.
Bro did more than me approaching 2 years haha, there's a lot of potential here!!
Wow dude totally impressed. Your definitely getting there
Dude have you been training before this 2 months journey? Because its hardly believable if this is your first time training and doing ring muscle ups in just 2 months of training.
up to 295 lbs in a year? thats complete BS
❤❤❤❤❤
Very inspiring
Stay on the path. Get some.
Did the power and control transfer over into your other atheletic activities? You mentioned gymnastics. You certainly have much more explosive power and forceful control by the end of this year!
Еба техника херовая
Ape mode as always 🦍🦍🦍😤😤😤
Ape mode
Why do u look so grown in this😭
Haha it’s prob the beard, most people don’t see me as my age anymore 😪
Very smooth
Ahh thanks ellie!
I see people do this and I just feel so puny
Buddy, if you're gonna post your workouts on UA-cam for all to see, and then not have the correct standards, you probably shouldn't go ahead and post that score after saying you will redo it. I know it's suck man, but you are sign up for an online competition. You gotta read the movement standards and follow them. (If you redid it and got the exact same score to the second, then I apologize for this comment)
hey man. i know you know about the redo but your HSWs you already know, HSPU starts with a wall walk, also your toe come up really high on your muscle ups and might be no reps as well
How many of y’all need to comment the same damn thing? I get it, I did all the work but didn’t read the November standards. I’m redoing tomorrow
Don't worry brother...you made it to QF and 90% did not
Except you didn’t do all the work because you shorted every handstand walk and having to start on your chest and thighs for the wall facing HSPUs makes it significantly harder.
None of those handstand walks counted. And there should also be a penalty for that little cartwheel action into the HSPU. Read the rules.
Hiller is gonna have fun with this!
Yea hand shoud be before the line not after the line.....so no rep on all?
🦇
damn, crazy fast! BUT... all HSPU are no good.
didnt start on the wall, didn't do any hsw reps to standard, didn't start with chest on the ground for any hspu
🦇🦇🦇
Don’t do the workout if you can read the standards
Good bait, bro, a lot of idiots here in the comments complaining about the standards
That's honestly good work, but your handstand walks and chest facing HSPUs were no reps, bruh. New programmer, new standards, I guess. Both hands must start before the line for the walks and both hands must touch on the other side of the line before your feet touch the ground. No kick ups into the handstand. Essentially, you have to wall walk up into the position. Read the standards.
Ya honestly that really sucks, I should’ve read the standards before, I’m just going to take the pentalty though because I don’t have a shot at semis anyways
That’s unfortunate man. Your score should be reduced to 0 but we all know it won’t happen. It’s not fair to other competitors in the quarters.
@@davidblattgym the penalty should be that you get 0 HSPU’s no?
@@iansansford1997 well it’s not like I did 0 hspus, I still did all the reps properly I just didn’t wall walk up the wall
@@davidblattgym there was so much wrong. The only thing right was the first 9 reps, score should be 9 not 0.
yea bro... great attempt but definitely read the standards
You need to start the hand stand behind the line and the hspu with wall walk (10 time harder)
It’s not a wall walk, it’s just chest to ground first. Don’t over exaggerate the standard.
It’s basically a wall walk. Standard says start on your chest with feet against the wall, then walk with your hands to the starting position.
Must perform ww( start with chest on ground)for hspu to count
You might want to go and read the movement standards
sick
Este 23.3 é insano... Parabéns ! Vc foi muito bem... 👊👏👏👏
Ahh muchos gracías!
Ape mode bro. Get that heart rate pounding out of your chest 🦍🦍🦍
Nice. Stay strong
I'm surprised you didnt injure yourself doing them iron crosses. It's very taxing on the tendons
I still get tendinitis that flairs up occasionally lol
This is cool m8 congrats on your progress
