Two male elephants swimming in the Bukit Tigapuluh Ecosystem
🌿 💧 Time for a swim! 💧🌿
Check out these two male elephants having the time of their lives! They were spotted by our team taking a rather refreshing bath in the Bukit Tigapuluh Ecosystem.
These boys have left their herd, on the hunt for a new home. Male elephants generally leave between the ages of 10-15, often forming loose bachelor herds with other young males. As they continue to age, they become much more competitive and spend more time alone 🐘
