Girl thank you so much for this video! I just found your channel and am definitely going to subscribe. I have been working on Identity shifting through affirmations gratitude and my manifesting journal. My recent revelation was on just deciding. Then when I did I saw my life as a big jig saw puzzle shifting. I also felt the need to go tell one of my friends and I decided not to I was like why do I always need to tell people what I'm manifesting. You touched on a lot of mental shifts I have been experiencing. 😊

This video reminded me of the scene in Batman 1989 movie. When Jack Nicholson (the joker) is looking in the mirror checking himself out. And his girlfriend comes up behind him and says "you look fine" and he literally turns and looks at her and says "I didn't ask". 🤯😂. If you are struggling with self compassion, when you are experiencing emotions while manifesting. Think as if you told your friend, "Now you have messed everything up because you are sad/anxious/angry/frustrated”, or “Now I won’t do x thing for you because you are sad/anxious/frustrated". Do you see how cruel it is? Now if it is extremely cruel to say that to a friend, it is also extremely cruel to treat yourself that way
