I totally agree with everything on your video. If i could i would gave 100 likes. As an OG of pixel worlds. I spent alot of money into the game, and i enjoyed every moment of it. I wont regret anything. Just have to move on, like developers of the game did. Should focus on more important stuff now. I remember playing that game in school and now im getting married, imagine that. Anyways i still hope to find a good game like pw was especially on the phone, but there is simply none. After 10,000 hours in pixels worlds, i onlii regret not meeting that 1 friend irl. met alotta amazing friends who i still talk to todai, but a large portion of em I'll never have contact to, that sucks alot. I'd type more about it but eh, game died, boohoo, still sucks that it's gone but..sigh yeah, life goes on innit

I loved it so much, I played it since 2018 and well I managed to get most of my dream stuff, I was real damn sad when it got shut down, i managed to get about 2k screenshots when it was shutting down and my 2018 acc is gone

Such a document so respect for that. It's so sad how much potential Kukouri wasted, in a way i understand what they thought. Since after years of devolping Pixel world which was their first fairly popular game, so they gained tons of experience from it. So they wanted to make a game with a graphics and a game experience closer to nowdays standards. But what they didin't think of is what makes a game playable, sure Nexus has better graphics but is it really fun and entertaining? No, it is not, Pixel world was so unique in a way and extremely entertaining. I started PW in 2018 and played it, i tried to quit multiple times but somehow i still ended up coming back to the game because i wanted to chase that same feeling. Even in the last month of it's closing, it was still fairly entertaining. This just shows that how great of a game it could've been.

I quit ages ago because they did not properly rollback my account so all my items displayed in my world ended up being deleted and my inventory somehow ended up being duplicate my world lock also got decayed?????? like that has to be the dumbest implementation if people are worried about world names being horded just change the world name and open it up for other players???

1. The founder of Pixel Worlds can't even sell their own IP and the Game 2. The issue neglected even further, leading to many discovered Duplication glitches that proved to be valid 3. The mods have gone corrupt and brazen 4. Can't even rollback 5. Still, the server is verge of EoS, *he couldn't sell their own game.*

The seeds are from a pretty recent dupe basically items that appear after your inventory refreshes also infinitely collectable Them looking like seeds is a part of the exploit

14:47 the reason why theres so many soil seeds is because of a dupe glitch those seeds are actually duped items and they would only load in your inventory when you rejoin the world you are in basically the game thinks that those are soil seeds that you can pick normally but they are actually different items shown as a soil seed

Suprised you talked abt pixel worlds. I used to be known well in that game.. The game had so much potential and it was sad that the gmae had to end this way. Imma clarify a few things about this video 1. Before jake left, six of the main developers left at the same time due to them losing motivation, since the cards update got so much negativity and the communitys favorite update (the mining update) was actually a concept made by a well-known member. It must feel a bit silly if the game's best concept was made by a member. And Jake had no other choice but to leave since his buddies/coworkers also left. 2. After jake left, there was someone else, siskea. She did some streams in pixel worlds and we had these community talks (also known as ctalk) where we discussed the game, played together etc. It was fun but nothing compared to what jake did. Siskea left too shortly after.

i last played this in late november of 2020. i only have about 20 hours in the game

TLDR: Everything went downhill when jake left.

all i know is that there is a market gap to fill and that means money. i really like the concept of a social mmo that focuses on economics and trading. growtopia used to be really good and my playtime corresponds to that with more than a thousand hours played on one account and several hundred more across alt accounts. it really started going downhill after ubisoft acquired it because they are apparently allergic to enforcing rules against gambling. i really want to blame the country of indonesia for growtopia's downfall but i don't think that is politically correct. i did try pixel worlds around the time it came out but it didn't stick, mostly due to sunk cost fallacy. why would i play a game that doesn't really innovate but rather emulates the success of one of my favorite games at the time? i already had a certain level of success on growtopia so why would i want to start over again (i also had connections)? one more issue but less serious is that when i joined pixel worlds i locked a world name that i own on growtopia (niche 4 letter word, very cool) and when i logged on later i didn't have it anymore. i may be misremembering some details but all locks except world locks in growtopia decay after 180 days and the pixel worlds lock apparently decayed faster so i was demotivated and dropped the game completely. my love for such mmo games must have started with habbo hotel. i spent countless days on there 15+ years ago. the amount of differing emergent gameplay was mindshattering. parkour, quiz games, teleporter games, spleef with carpets and all kinds of cool things just because the environment and items enabled it. too bad i got permanently banned for harassment, i got a few items scammed by some waste of space and i did harass them (i will never forget your sins, Saaya). guess these problems with scammers never go away huh, growtopia and pixel worlds having them too. anyway, my love for the genre is immense and recently i've had rather megalomaniac thoughts about making my own social mmo. i am beyond inspired but i am lacking in ability and artistic vision so this might stay a mere thought. i do want to learn game engine programming though and seth's proton sdk, which growtopia uses, also inspires me so. i am not terribly fond of linear algebra. thanks for the video, rest in peace habbo, growtopia and pixel worlds.

I won't lie, Pixel Worlds had the potential to be a much better game than Growtopia (yes, i am a bit biased as when PW came out I had a very negative outlook on GT for personal and trivial reasons) And now they are retrying with a new game (that looks like dogshit), can't wait for that game to flop

I tried nexus station and it's filled with stuff you need to literally pay for to get them. Then they say the stuff is never coming back to make people buy it bcs of fomo. The game has been out for like 3months...

me and my friend are in the same situation, each of us has few hundred summoning eyes we bought really long time ago (2.5m per summoning eye and it was the lowest price in months at that time) now they apparently "canceled" the update. what should we do? wait or sell it now for 1.5mil each?
