I visit Fairlawn most often. Just across the river with plenty of shopping. Radford seems slow. At least the university has a nice shuttle service to Christiansburg/Blacksburg (Va. Tech).
I hear Radford is having enrollment issues again. Recruitment really needs to double down on it or they'll end up closing.
Yes, it is down drastically over the last few years. It topped out close to 12k in 2019, last three years, less than 8k.
