Wow... this guy ain't funny. Not because it's a political thing, he just isn't funny. I remember when I use to wait with agony until the Daily Show would come on.

Too bad the video has a few edits, but still, Colbert completely ruined Bush's evening that night. The audience was super uncomfortable because the entire press corp was dead frightened by the Bush administration, and Colbert doing such a no shots spared roast was incredible to watch. Also Colbert roasts the press itself for having been basically the Bush admin's typewriter at 6:15, that's why they aren't laughing.

This was actually the last time you and I ever saw the real Colbert. Since, we have only seen a clone that grows more bizarre by the year as it plays both sides of the bipartisan facade. The so-called rulers' first offer, however, is to pay you off for speaking out, which is why the "real" Colbert was able to thrive for years more on late night cable TV. But as his popularity continued to grow, so did his sphere of influence, and his unwillingness to fully acquiesce and seal the deal with private rituals that bond members of the CFR to secrecy left him exposed. That's when they buy you out completely for some menial sum that you'll think is a lot of (fiat/fake currency) money, destroy you physically (if they can easily get away with it and narrow your actual story down to a "conspiracy theory") or publicly such that you are ostracized and incapable of functioning (perhaps deemed "mentally ill" by quacks), OR they clone you before they study/reprogram/destroy you because you have a sizable following and you refuse to acquiesce, but your following is intelligent enough to connect the dots (and they're not just an easily branded fringe group). Indeed, Colbert 3.O looks very strange on his new, primetime show. And now he merely pushes the Neoliberal agenda instead of actually promoting the power of Socratic (mystery school) thought and inquiry.
