My Pacific Northwestern stitchdown boots from Nicks and Franks, take about 200 hours or 2 months of regular wear, as the upper leather is about 3.5mm thick and both the leather insole and midsole are almost 3 times thicker. They are brutal, but after they feel like heavy slippers.

I wanted seven months for my William Lennon Chukka boots and as you say they take some breaking in, but they are now keepers and will probably still be here when I am not.

My guidi 788 are the most comfortable and beautiful boots I've ever owned. Ann, C diem, m.a+, a1923 and CCP don't come close to how great these are all round

Congrats on your life progression and the purchase of a home! How is the heel of your pl2‘s? Mine is seperating/ splittering from the sole a bit. Is yours too? 0:59 next to your thumb? And I ve had these boots for just half a year.
Appreciate that man thanks a bunch ! Hmm no mine isn’t yet ha perhaps it’s just from the quality of the video since there was a lot of compression when I uploaded this 🤔 but mine aren’t that old . I’ve seen some that have fallen apart at the toe box though due to everyday wear. I don’t wear these everyday, but perhaps the wear and tear can happen quicker if so
We've really got to stop ordering the same stuff man. Got a pair being made as I type this. 8 months is a long time to wait but I'm sure it'll be worth it.

Dude I filmed with iPhone for years!!! I made content with it for 4 years on IG and YT it’s the best. And now with the iPhone 15 log, you can color grade it to look really good! Manual is fun! I really love how you can shoot with this wide open and get that nice blurry effect. Though I’m thinking of getting a follow focus for ease of use and perhaps the new DJI focus pro so I can use it more effectively 🤔

small company that cares about the product not the unboxing! great people libby the owner responds to any emails! I've had my "engineman boots" the ones with the external steel toe for over 3 years now almost daily worn to the job site and they have held up very well with hubards shoe grease!
