Some milk substitutes: just water, plain yogurt diluted in water or any nut milk like soy milk, oat milk, almond milk... I've never tried it this way... but that may work... let me know if you give it a try!

@@poojapandey9594 No, I didn’t. But I’ve just noticed that Target is now requiring it in order to get the freebie bag.
As I am a target agent so now you have to make an order online or store purchase for $10 and then wait for 24-48 hours getting approved. After that your welcome kit will be available on your registry. If in case you will still not receive it then you can contact the customer service and they will apply it manually.
