Caroline, I love how this project turned out. But even better were your examples of the sort of stuff you're keeping in it. Taking legal docs (or copies) to keep as part of your story instead of stashing them in a file cabinet resonated with me. Old passports & other personal ephemera now have a home. I just tried this doodle technique recently. It was ok. But your use of multiple pens, white and black, fine and thick makes a huge difference! Maybe I will try again, in my own style of doodling. Doodling is fun! Thanks for sharing this process.
