SX1A8585: 850×850mm+40T/H Green sand production line.
Sand mold thickness: 150-250mm for the lower box, 150-300mm for the upper box, and maximum sand mold thickness: 550mm.
Molding speed: 36-42 seconds/mold (excluding core placement time).
Sand mold hardness: local hardness 70-90 degrees (local hardness). Working air pressure: 0.52-0.6Mpa.
It uses the latest SMART of Siemens: s7-200 PLC, and the new SMART 1000IE of Siemens with a large 10.2-inch 64K full-color touch screen.
The wet sand production line adopts ZMPS planetary rotor sand mixer ZMPS-24-90 , with a sand mixing capacity of 45-50T per hour. The L251A vibrating conveyor sand-falling machine is used, and the sand-falling grille is 4000×1000mm. The S4313 fine hexagonal screen is used to remove the scorched earth in the old sand. The S8340 double-disc cooling mixer is used, which is equipped with stirring teeth, and the old sand can be pre-mixed during the cooling process. The entire production line is equipped with a pulse bag dust collector to remove the dead ash in the old sand and purify the workshop working environment.
