Hello, I had some difficulty with this too. I used a screwdriver to adjust the hooks that are in the white housing which you attached to the TV stand. You can loosen them up a little which will allow for the hooks to extend a bit further out.

Hello! So, you have two very important things to keep in mind. The trim kits are designed to fit 1) the size of your microwave and 2) the size of your cabinet. Looks like the Panasonic 4 in 1 Home Chef is 1.2 cu feet, so you'll need a trim kit that is designed for that size. The second measurement is for your cabinet opening size. My 30" trim kit fit perfectly in my 31" cabinet that had an internal measurement of 28.5." The product listings on Amazon provide good information on the measurements. The detail page for the Home Chef shows that it would work with this trim kit = amzn.to/4gt9qiq but this model is just for cabinets that have an opening of 23 5/8" wide. One other thing to consider, the Panasonic 4 in 1 Home Chef looks awesome, but it is on the smaller side. Depending on how large your cabinet is, you might want to look for a 1.6 or 2.2 cu ft model! Great to hear! Did you get one of the new KNG units with the doors that have different color options? I'd love to upgrade to that. Our unit has been great, bought it because of the price and high review score it received on Consumer Reports.

@ that’s the same reason I brought it. It was cheaper than some of the others and a better price. I bought the 48 inch KFX480. I didn’t get the one where you can change the doors but you can change the colors of the knobs

Yes there is hole about the size of a quarter that you can run cables through. I’m sure you could make the hole larger as needed. Note: the shelves are about 16.5” wide and 12” deep.

I agree, the 900 mile claim by the company seems generous. However, the antenna did work well for me to get stations from my nearest major metropolitan area.

@@JoeAndSarahShop Is "generous" a new word for "a lie"? You likely would have got those same stations on a coat hanger or a set of rabbit ears from the thrift store. I have a video on my channel that shows that a stew pot works fine as an antenna. You didn't compare with anything. You didn't do any measurements. I wouldn't have made the review harder to do but it would have made it more useful.
