solo hike to explore waterfalls!!

I had a special guest join me for this hike...my dog! This is my first time taking Bentley with me for a hike and he did great! He'll definitely be joining me on more adventures in the future! This hike was a little over 3 miles, so nothing too crazy. It took us to 2 different waterfalls, which were both so beautiful! I hope you enjoy this video and happy hiking! :)

This hike certainly wasn't what I was expecting it to be. After recently returning from Colorado and peaking some pretty epic mountains, I wanted to challenge myself to peak something in my area. The "trail" quickly disappeared and was replaced by lots of spider webs and overgrown vegetation, but that's all part of the experience right? I hope you enjoy this video :)

if you like this please please please see chaco canyon (if you havent already) its located in new mexico and it has ruins of buildings, hiking trails, and good campsites. there are also other places around (maybe a 15-20 min drive from the campsites) that are absolutely beautiful! now i need to see zion in person lol

I did a cross country trip and had to stop one night around 1 am to get some sleep. Woke up in Zion without knowing that's where I stopped. Blew my fucking mind waking up to that place.

My dad spent my entire childhood taking us to different national and state parks. I wish I could remember them in more detail. Zion, Yellowstone, the Redwood Forest, Mount Rushmore, Pike's Peak, Custer Park, Joshua Tree, Yosemite, the Grand Canyon, the Great Smoky Mountains, the Grand Tetons and so many more ❤ There's never been anything more beautiful in my life than those trips.
