Easy Berry Baked Oatmeal

[ RECIPE ] BERRY BAKED OATMEAL Ingredients: • 1 c berries • 3 c oatmeal • 1 tsp baking powder • 1/2 tsp salt • 1/2 tsp cinnamon • 2 eggs • 1/3 cup maple syrup or brown sugar • 1/4 cup melted butter, coconut oil or ghee (plus a bit more for greasing the dish) • 1 cup milk or cream 1 tsp vanilla extract Bake at 350 for about 25 minutes until the edges are golden brown. *this serves about 4-5. if ...
