These are modern homes, that's what people prefer these days. We've already had multiple offers on these homes. These are concrete built homes, a little paint can add a lot of character. Lot of the builders just paint it white so its easier to paint over
@@quantumquestions5849 do you have personal experience of seeing builders gluing walls together and passing inspections? The building process is very strict in Cape Coral and city inspectors along with independent inspectors check on the progress at different stages of the build.

Hey Coach! That's a hurricane impact glass, puts natural light in the garage and we've gotten very good feedback on it. However, I understand what you are saying and that door can be switched out with the right offer
@LivinginCapeCoral239 it's also another way to break into your home, and see what vehicles you drive, it a eye sore, and after so many years, the framing starts to rot, and that's a problem as well.

@@queenp7603 I spoke with the builder and they are actually starting one next month, its a different area and it will be in the high 600's. There's another option, have you considered buying a lot of your choice and then hiring the builder to build the house for you? It does take about 9-12 months and you can use a new construciton loan. Hi Dean. Thanks for taking the time to reply back. Yes, we're looking to relocate to Cape Coral but won't be able to put our current home on the market until next spring. This model is beautiful but looks like it may be a bit out of our price range. And you are right, that master bath is everything.
Glad to hear that! Cape Coral just keeps getting better, I moved here in 2020 but wish I had done it much sooner. You have a lot of options right now on the market in the 500's and 600's and even 400's but that's with the older homes or you can find new construction in the 400's but without a pool. The prices have come down some in the last 12 months, by next year we should see a reduction in the interest rates and that I believe will cause more demand in the market again. Are you currently looking for a home in Cape Coral? The glass doors in the garage are actually an upgrade from the standard, they are hurricane impact resistant up to 200+ mph and it would take a whole lot of force to break those doors down. People like them because they let in natural light throughout the day and actually look really nice. If you prefer standard doors without the window that can be discussed and replaced most likely prior to closing, no problem. Also, Cape Coral has very minimal crime, it's in one of the safest counties in all of Florida.
I lived in Cape Coral for 18 years, It's not the same when I first moved here, I sold my home in 2021, I'm currently living in PA, and I'm looking to buy again in the Cape, I understand Cape is still a good place depending were u buy, but the last few years crime and drugs have gone up, I'm not saying there's not crime anywhere eles, but to put a door in the side of the garage isn't what anyone wants. But like I said it's a nice house and yes it's a good area, because my home was of Beach Park way.
@@coach2208 the population has more than doubled in the last 18 years, unfortunately with any increase of population there's a greater chance of crime, statistically speaking. I've been coming down here since 2001 and finally moved here in 2020, I have two small kids and feel very safe and comfortable in this area. There's no such thing as an Utopia, unfortunately....always got to be careful no matter where you are. If you are interested in any of the houses that we have for sale, we can easily navigate around the glass door issue on the garage, like I said that's an upgrade and people seem to like it and it's a heavy duty door. There's a lot of upgrades made since 2021, you will be pleasantly surprised by everything and there's so much more happening in the next couple of years that will make this city even more attractive.
This home is lovely but it seems to be overpriced. Not on fresh water canal and only 2 car garage which is not epoxied. No den and not a gourmet kitchen. No coffee station. Plastic in the laundry room and not even wire racks in any closets. No glass doors in the bathroom.

This has been a very popular floor plan, the home has other features that are attractive such as the 3 sliding doors (hurricane impact windows and doors), porcelain file floors throughout the entire home, the built in tv feature that comes with the 65" TV and the electric fireplace, quartz counterops, coffered ceiling, the outdoor grill station, pavers in the driveway and the lanai, also the lanai is enclosed. I hate that wood veneer. Many yachts are doing that look too.people who don't clean their own poerty apparently. Lol I have seen a postive comment on that look but people who make UA-cam videos of homes and yachts say they love it. It's completely not functional.

The land is worth roughly 120k with the seawall right now. You can find decent gulf access Lots for around 250k in Cape Coral
