No such thing as a 1-4 hole, it's just called up the middle. There are only 2 holes when describing the infield in baseball/softball. 5 hole aka 5-6 hole (between 3b and ss) or 4 hole aka 3-4 hole (between 1b and 2b). There is such a thing as a 3 hole, however that refers to the batter who is up third. Often times this is referred to as "in the hole." For example, if you are batting third in an inning and you ask someone when you are up, they might respond with "you are in the hole." If you ask what the lineup is and someone says you are in the 3 hole, this means you are batting 3rd in the lineup.

15:32 - SaMo leagues count the black plate as part of home plate for runner scoring purposes. The runner is safe. Most umps instruct runners to touch the black plate in colder months when condensation forms on the plate. Ask Ruben next week if a runner touching the black plate counts as a run scored. I would bet money he says yes, and that's why he called this play as safe.
