HORRIBLE customer service. I wouldn't recommend their products. They responded once and ensured me they would 100% get me taken care of. They asked for pictures of the cheap broken plastic piece which I promptly sent, then they never responded again despite me reaching out more times to them. They don't accept phone calls for their customer service lines. You can only use their web-based contact form. I even left a voicemail on one of their non-customer service lines explaining the situation and asking someone to contact me and I heard NOTHING. DO NOT BUY. There are other companies selling similar umbrellas that will have MUCH better customer service.

I just used mine for the first time. I was melting some stuff I didn’t want to mess up the furnished pot, so I used an old Boy Scout cooking pot. After placing the pot on the support, I could tell the flame sounded funny, like it didn’t have enough room to burn properly. I lifted the pot part way, which seemed to help. After I was done, I noticed the plastic part that screws into the fuel tank was partially melted. Seems odd to make a key part close to the flame be made of plastic. I believe it’s still usable (it still lights), but I’ll be sure to use the furnished pot, which sits higher above the flame.

I love this thing but now the thing won't ignite. No spark. Less than a year old. Any idea what to check or change and how to access it?

Where can I find the hose that hooks this up to a 1lb propane tank?

I ordered one with a different brand heavy duty base. The pedal on the bottom makes it so it’s not compatible with other brands :( need to return it now.

This thing is MASSIVE, which is exactly what we wanted.

These lounge chairs have a nice wood grain look. They are very sturdy and comfortable with multiple adjustments on the back. They are a great addition to my patio and look forward to spending summer days relaxing in them.

This box is perfect for storing my outdoor cushions for my outdoor sofa and two chairs with plenty of room for side pillows, etc. I did not put anything in it until after a heavy wind blowing rain so I could make sure it was waterproof.

Decided to upgrade the patio furniture this year, and wanted to eliminate the cooler just sitting on the patio. So I began searching and came across this table/cooler combo! Its a perfect fit for my patio. The only assembly was 4 screws to attach the legs.....In minutes, had it filled with beverages and ice! This is an awesome table. It is very sturdy. I would definitely recommend this product!
