Took my 2018 Mustang in for premium maintenance on 5 march 2024 and when I went into pick it up was told it had swollen lug nuts so they did not rotate tires or check the brakes, got home and used the supplied lug wrench to remove and put back every lug nut on all 4 tires with no problems, I don't know if the tech was lazy or they were trying to get the 140 dollars to replace them. Found on UA-cam that it is a common problem with Ford lug nuts and Ford refuses to recall or honor the bumper to bumper warranty. Ordered replacements from Amazon for 22 dollars.

This is not a 2024. Clearly. Make sure you don't spend money at a dealership who doesn't even get the first detail of the product right.

Just went yesterday from a referral. What a relaxed friendly dealership. I live on the coast and I'm leaving my current dealership where we bought 5 cars and taking my business to ECF.
