Third class service (10 out of 1 service) Don’t Trust this site they give money back guarantee but they don’t give me in our bank account they give Credit Note on our payment amount and you use only 365 days time limit. Atlys completely ruined my trip to the UAE. They promised a visa within 4 days with constant but vague email updates (clearly AI-generated). On the last day, they abruptly stated the visa was denied without any explanation. I've successfully obtained UAE visas multiple times through other agencies, but Atlys seems completely out of touch with the current visa requirements. They never requested flight tickets or hotel bookings, both crucial for a successful UAE visa application. Customer support is non-existent. Only AI-generated responses on chat and email. I suspect they never even submitted my application. Their refusal to provide a reason for rejection is suspicious and unacceptable. I'm still awaiting a refund after losing both my flight and hotel bookings due to their negligence. Avoid Atlys at all costs - their promises are bogus and I'm highly sceptical of their business practices.
