Since I actually live in Paris Ontario, I go every year and it’s always so fun and most of the rides showing this video aren’t there anymore sadly enough mainly my main favourite was probably the zipper because it’s so cool. I would just run around you kind of flipping stuff, but there is every year they get rid of, two rides and put in two new ones if you go to the fair, trying the fury and the vertigo❤

Seems dead. Must be middle of summer. Richmond row when school is in along with hockey season when the knights are playing it’s usually packed downtown.

Pretty dead ! They must have moved all the homeless,crack heads ,sleeping in every store Alcove out of he area . I’ve lived in london for 70 yrs and no way is going down town on my agenda .especially at night . Richmond row is more upbeat ,great for university crowd ,but watch your back! The parks just across the street , full of needles ! Not safe at night .

Lovely Lake Erie town -- better than Port Dover or any other as it has the largest and most beautiful beach. It is hot, however, with no trees for shade. My friend and I would picnic at the little beach as it is quieter and has trees for shade. I love the residential sections of the town too, especially the houses on the bluff above the town which afford splendid views of Lake Erie below. Only 1/2 hour drive south of London, Ontario!

For me all this so called improvement ruined the neat places to visit, no access to the burn or to the clay hills, and parking to safer little beach. I lived here many moons ago, there were places only home town people knew of, we lived on picnic hill.

Soon the Adelaide CP rail underpass will be finished.

Stay away from London Ont downtown is no more, everything is boarded up, and homeless people live down there, and more shootings in a week than a day in Toronto.DONT move here

Don’t move to London, snow cleaning in winter, very poor, service, and when they do they use way to much salt, not great for our cars, and London has more speed bumps than any other city in Canada, again not great for car. No housing, no jobs

I am completely astounded that this destroyer (presumably most ships of that era) had an open bridge. I can't imagine how miserable that would be most of the time!

The problem is not the now but all the salt they put that makes everything so dirty, slushy and slippery. The worth is ice of course. But London ON, doesn’t have a lot of snow in winter and is in fact one of the warmest winters you can find in Canada.

thank u sooo much for this great video, i lived just off of Kippslane, 45 years ago, and your drive took me everywhere i wanted to go, made me feel a tad homesick, but brought back lots of memories for me although, it was depressing to see how Downtown has deteriorated, and Richmond Row seems to be the new upmarket area. i doubt i will ever get back to london again, but this video will suffice and satisfy my homesick blue..brilliant, cheers from Oz
