New subscriber here 😇 I love clean and declutter motivation videos. Everytime I see your shinny red kitchen trash can (it's uncommon but I like it 😊) I always hope you'll need to empty it as I always find it so satisfying to see any junk get discarded while cleaning and taken out from the house to feel it's fresh and less cluttered. Also because I struggle so much to toss few things that everytime I see any trash around the house get emptied/taken out I look if I see something I struggle to toss in the process haha. It's mostly nicer paper clutter like magazines, fashion/beauty catalogues/flyers and the worse for me is any old clothes that can't be donated. I usually just put those in clean bags that will stay for way too long in the garage instead of dumping them right away in any regular trash cans so I can't change my mind anymore. I'm giving away most of my clothes, so I always feels like it's not too many, but still hard to let go.

I don't try to have a perfectly clean home, either, as I don't want to over exert myself and burn out. I'm also yet to master meal planning- I always regret it when it's time to do the weekly grocery shop! 😅

It was so awesome when I started buying durable items and reusing stuff for the kids school supplies instead of buying loads of stuff every year. The past few years it was just a couple notebooks.

Taking a break is important, and I stopped blaming myself for it 🤷🏻‍♀️ if I can’t do it, I’m not doing it, that’s the end of it. And I love preparing for their school year early too 😊 I’m going to order their supplies online after we’re back from our vacation. I’ve done decluttering in their desks/room last month!

Long time no see! I finally got to UA-cam and jumped onto your channel 😊 I missed your videos, as I do my chores along. So much has happened and it’s great to be back 😌 I used to wake up at 5am, now even if I wake up at 6, I stay in bed for some 1.5 hrs not having the energy to get up… need to do something about it 😔 Btw, when do you go to sleep? My kids go to beds late (10 pm), so it affects my schedule too 😓

I love your videos like this. I typically get up around 5/5:30am. A little about me: I do work full time outside the home and have 2 school age kids about the same ages as yours. For the time being, I'm working out in the afternoon usually twice a week, I'd love to increase that in the future to more days each week. But for right now I just can't get the work out done in the am. I love to read historical fiction in the WW2 era. I also like to read parenting and mental health related books. Your commitment to this morning routine is inspiring. Side note - love the heating pad! I did injure my back about a year ago, I just twisted wrong, it wasn't major. But ever since then I put the heating pad on my back every night while my husband and I watch tv. I find it so soothing. I want to know what time you go to bed. Thanks for sharing!

Hello, which workout program do you use? What time do you go to bed? I LOVE to workout in the AM however I am super tired by 8:30pm where life is still happening for my boys with soccer practices.

I was wondering if you could possibly share some insights on Parkinson's Principle and how you manage your time effectively to ensure each activity doesn't drag on forever.

Hi, I do 8 laundries per week. 2 on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. I di not do it in the weekend and on Wednesday because my hubby works from home and can't stand repetitive noises. I do 2 darks, 2 light coloured, 1 white, 1 bedsheets (I alternate kids and ours), 1 for towels (every 4 weeks I add one extra for bathrobes) and 1 colored for my husband. Sometimes 1 have to add one extra for night incidents. So in a very unfortunate week I can get 10+... 😅 if I get even some delicates (which of course I try to avoid).

Thank you for posting your routine! I have a baby now who wakes me up very early as it is. I look forward to being able to add a little more self-care to my morning. This kind of routine looks like a realistic goal for me to work toward. I really appreciate your perspective as another working mom.
