54. Feeder and Combustion Air Adjustment
Nice ❤❤❤❤
Can you show how to wire these
What happens when motor stops intermittently
Thankyou, I've been goofing with my stove for weeks and your 2 minute video solved my problem. All i had to do is to turn in the adjustment all the way
The one I have here is virtually identical, but it’s much older. All this time, I had no idea the numbers were even on there.
I just spent 2 hours on Google to find this 2 minute gem. Thank you for the video! It has helped me alot
Were these not required by code in the 60's? My hydronic boiler does not have one
What if fire is burning to high up almost into feed or hopper
do someone know what's the brand name of that starter block ?
Can you put this on a regular coal stove right on top
is there a time setting recommended for non-idle use?
I cut the power supply cord to the power vent and installed a 3 prong male & female plug in said power supply. This allows me to take the power vent out to my shop and properly clean it via removing the blower fan from the housing. I do the cleaning OUTSIDE. This makes a monumental mess of ash, and attempting it indoors is asinine. Make sure you reseal the rectangular throat of said blower where it enters the housing with high temp silicone. The exhaust pipe from the power vent will also be in serious need of cleaning as well, so removal of the power vent is by far necessary and the best way to go. Above Brian is showing you with a brand new unit. Reality after use is another story. Peace
Does this need to be on? Mine fell off?
Thank you for sharing, im installing an oil fired furnace in garage. My exhaust piping is going up on a 45° angle, its set to level within pipe, should i still set that to .2 and also Looking to pass it through garage wall. Should i use a through wall thimble, and can i use the thin piping on borth sides, inside and outside. Thanks if you can anwer that for me
Thank you for making video, and sharing. Eould i put on left side still if pipe is going up at a 45° vertical, and should it still be set at 4
Any ideas on how to quiet damper rattle when burner cycles off?
500 deg F. for the red
what? no money shot?
Since heatinc100 is unresponsive in providing a model number, try a GAEYAELE GRT8-S solid state timer. Information on how to wire it for a stoker coal stove can be found at: ua-cam.com/video/rnE_neQ7nMU/v-deo.html
The old Aquastat always are set 180 High & 160 Low with Diff to off/10. All this new tech & is garbage.
3 plastic inferior relays compared to Honeywell Aquastat along with a transformer resistor & cermanic cap with some inferior potentiometers. Making stuff to break. Honeywell Aquastat lasted 40 50 years without changing them.
@@TheCleaner6969 The 24V isn't even fused. One little mishap and entire controller is bricked. Because why add a 10¢ safety device to the production cost when they can charge hundreds for a complete new controller. If I had to use one of these I'd cut the trace off the transformer and solder one in.
@@SerenoOunce That's a great idea. All these furnace guys/companies are use to the old way of ripping people off. I didn't have time to install this & the guy I hired to put it in gave me a line of BS saying you didn't have no grounds connected & it wouldn't work. Tried charging me more. I opened the sub panel up & said really? It's still not grounded to the box but through the copper pipes so how's it working?
Thank you so much
Interesting but not an off grid solution. When the electric power goes out the stove is useless
It wouldn't be useful no matter bc the combustion blower, coal feeder and heat blower is all electric...
Antracite coal cost to much now,
Thank you.
What should the settings be on the primary switch? Thanks
That's a huge amount I have 4 bed house and I use 2 metric tonnes if wood.
Wow this man makes some very fake claims. Anthracite might burn 🔥 also on smokeless but its is no where near as clean as natural gas. Anthracite produce twice as much CO2. If Anthracite was so clean why did the stop burning it in power station and change natural gas. We need to stop burning all forms of coal. North America need to stop using coal period this in last century fuel . Please move away auto pellet fed biomass burners are cleaner than any coal burner.
Perfect!
Does your stove have refractory bricks? If not, won't it melt or brake your fire pit?
Wish this video showed the oil holes on the other electric motors
Unfortunately my pushbar has seized up. Now what?
Would you have the stoke rod set to max & let the control box do all the work?
Good advice!
And you vent it to the basement? Where the hell is the chimney?
This guy really does a good job explaining the system.
You did it upside down. Female ends must point up.
Since there isn’t any cresote or residue inside the pipe to flow out the joints, there isn’t a problem.
New owner, but old stove. Could you answer two questions about the pusher bar for me?
Call me anytime at 724-255-4272
Can I buy that unit complete? My pushbar has seized in place
Mine not feeding coal
Filled it flat on bench and it pissed all over the place. Not clear at all. Needs to be installed on wall prior to installing.
Model #?
What’s the model number?

Great!
This guy knows his stuff!
I have a koker lite same set up ? Thks
Thanks
There is no cost savings anymore. Coal is $370 a ton.
Get a real screwdriver
Thank you
What starter is that?
Where do get the starter cups?
