I used to be about the show car life, but why pay to park your car when you can have fun in it.
Now, I'm a track rat. I started out with a e92 M3, and tracked for 4 years. Then I sold it to buy a cheaper track car. The AE86. At the time was cheap, and didn't have much value. I started to work on it, and learned as I went. No real mechanical experience, I just followed the Toyota manual, and some youtube vids. By January 2020 I got my 86 running!
I currently have my competition license with NASA. My goal is to improve my driver resume, win some races, and instruct for more originations.

Chasing down GT3RS
Granted I’m sure the GT3 owner was new at tracking. But feels good regardless. Seat time is the best way to get faster.

Went on Nangkang AR1 185/60/14 and was 3 seconds slower then my 205/50/15 hooiser scrubs. The car felt more loose and steering lighter. The AR1 no near competitive as the Hooiser but its good for a track day.

Long 40min race. We stayed in our positions. We were all in the same lap times but the gap was too big to close on each other. Glad I stayed consistent and finished 2nd.

Reverse grid start. This was very fun. Didn't necessary allow the top cars to pull away. Had to work the way to the top. Lots of battles, and trading paint. I finished 2nd.

Race 1 was able to get up to 2nd place. Closely matched battle with Kevin in the white/green RX7. At the end of the race I messed up, and that allowed Hunter to catch up. Became a photo finish at the end. I finished 3rd.

Kinda was stuck behind cars, didnt want to force a pass. Managed my fastest time on the last lap. 2:20. Qualified 3rd. out of 6 cars in our class.

Running on Hoosier take offs. 7HC marked on the scrubs. Managed a 2:20. On new Porterfield R4 pads and centric solid vented rotors in the front.

Grid in 3 place. This race deterimes the position for race 2. Most action here, and made it to 2nd place.

Placed 3 in quali, just 0.2 slower then the 2nd place car.

all teh 4 drivers in the ST6 race group was withing 1 second off each other pace. Showing, we will have some close wheel to wheel racing.

Terrible rolling start, and I was left behind. Disappointed in my result.

Mid way durring the race we had a full course yellow. Some miatas was in a pretty dangerous spot causing the full course yellow. Track slick and was grass wet from from a weeks worth of rain just before the weekend.
