I know hindsight is 20/20, but my god. How did scouts see the tape where his highlights consistent almost entirely of him overpowering smaller guys and think he could be in the running for #1? Limited athleticism, no real offense moves, zero finesse, and undersized to boot.

Bro, every time he had a wide open dunk, he always swung his legs up high, which resulted in him in unnecessarily landing extra hard on his feet after the dunk. Someone his size and weight shouldn’t have been doing that as consistently as he did. It’s too much extra pressure and impact on his knees, and god knows how many times he did that throughout college. Hell, high school AND college. I wonder if that contributed to his knees just breaking down.
