I wanna practice a gameplay style with more JC so I didn't pay too much attention at judgement cuts actually.

Video is by my friend. We called this "DT combo", just like the aerial combos to DT enemies in DMC3. DMC5 Vergil with DT has the armor value and you need to break them if you want to launch DT-Vergil to air; but now most players seem to be less interested in this advanced gameplay.

@@leecool5293 yeah I understand, you need to wait for an opening and use this opportunity to trigger a hitstun or a stagger to allow for combos on any enemy that has super or hyper armour (thicker super armour) for that matter, this especially is required in dmd difficulty where enemies gain super armour and increased damage.

I think Vergil's battle can do better, but it seems that the keyboard issues limited my ideas.
