C:\Program Files\Cyram에서 Uninstall Biblio Data Collector를 실행시켜 삭제하신 후 www.netminer.com/kr/support/download.php 에서 설치 파일을 받아 설치해보시길 바랍니다. 이후에도 동일한 문제 발생 시 netminer@cyram.com 또는 cafe.naver.com/netminer3 로 문의주시면 상세한 답변을 얻으실 수 있습니다. 감사합니다.

Extension 은 넷마이너의 확장 프로그램으로 별도 설치가 필요합니다. 넷마이너 홈페이지 Buy & Down > Download 에서 Biblio Data Collector 를 추가로 다운로드 하여 설치하고 NetMiner를 실행하면 Extension 메뉴가 추가됩니다.

I don,t find from this way. please suggest other way or send video link how to get it

@@kavyaji2325 Are you having a problem accessing to UA-cam video? Did you install NetMiner and SNS Data Collector? if not, please install NetMiner and Social media collector on www.netminer.com/download_buy/download/download-readList.do. And then run NetMiner and click the menu Extension. After running SNS Data Collector, you can see the menu Help > Open manual.

Hi, could you please describe your problem in details? What is the related content? menu 'Extension'? Or do you mean data collector is terminated when you click 'start'? If possible, please send an e-mail to netminer@cyram.com with some captured images and description.

I'm sorry being late. you need to install extension seperately after installing NetMiner. You can download a setup file for extension www.netminer.com/download_buy/download/download-readList.do.

Sorry to respond your question late. Extension is for free for 7 days since you install it. Could you please download and install the extension setup file? you can see the setup file on www.netminer.com/download_buy/download/download-readList.do. And then you need to run NetMiner again and can see menu 'Extension'

안녕하세요~ 데이터 수집 및 처리 후 넷마이너에 저장되는 형태는 논문-키워드의 2모드 행렬입니다. 그러나 메뉴(Transform >> Mode >> 2-mode network) 하나만 실행하면, 바로 키워드의 동시출현 네트워크를 만들 수 있습니다. 그리고 역시 중심성 분석 관련 메뉴만 실행하시면 키워드의 중심성 분석이 가능합니다^^

아쉽게도 영상 속 데모는 프로토타입이며, 내부 테스트 및 준비가 완료된 후 4월 중으로 출시 예정이니 조금만 기다려주세요^^
