@@dereksgarage1856 it's fine just the way it is. All your wanting to do is enjoy the moment. Some people are looking to destroy and repair which is insane to me.

Not looking to destroy the car in any way but I would like to make it run as good as I can. The header and pipe are redlines stuff he wanted me to try out I plan on doing a side exhaust and maybe a gear change to help off road Im currently im on vacation and im finding I would like more low end on it don't care to much to go fast.

@@dereksgarage1856 I use to bring an rc rescue boat with me for the case that I must recover one of the boats I would say that it’s almost easier and safer to build a rescue boat, In fact it would be enough if you put on a dirt cheap little electric boat a slightly tilted pool noodle or some kind of a longer foam piece on his front😉 Because the downside on a „recovery system“ is the extra weight and also the fact that you wouldn’t have the capability to recover it if it flips😊

I really should fix up this jato. One of the wheels is off the cage is off and the panels I did are sitting under it.

@@dereksgarage1856 yeah I have mainly Traxxas nitros at the moment so I can’t wait to add the jato this weekend has os 11k carb as well should be fast

You're not the first person to complain about the volume change I didn't spend enough time editing the video and I can't fix it now. Yes you can still pedal it like a normal bicycle

like to get one how fast does it go .imlooking to peddle for exercise and ride with the wind and dont need to regis....

Mine will hit 30mph down hill with some good wind behind me im about a180lbs. Lighter person might go faster

The stock break mounting point broke off

Ive made this mistake twice. Once when I first rebuilding my jato 3.3 and now years later with this t maxx.

That is completely understandable. At the end of the day what ever makes you happy is what you should be doing. For some reason I just am fascinated when these tiny engines do work.

No the rod is not broken from what I can tell. I haven't been able to pull the head off to check the top end. The engine locked up when I was trying to start at home. I am hoping the it was just the fly wheel being loose and the crank then wasn't help on place and the rod just took off the edge of the case material. All that said I don't really know if the engine is toast or just beat up a little and will be ok once I clean it out.

@@dereksgarage1856 it sounds like the edge of the crank has been catching on the bottom of the crank case. on the 15cv there’s a shim on the inside of the back plate it goes between the backplate bushing and the starter shaft check to see if it’s still there and hasn’t fallen off have a look at the piston and sleeve and check the rod bushings there could be more damage in there.

Head bolts are striped im going to have to drill them out
