I wanted to let you know that your Phonak App doesn't work. I have to constantly uninstall and reinstall the App and there's no way of contacting your Help Desk for assistance. I also have to turn my cell phone off and on so I can re-pair the Hearing Aids. That should not be happening when I have the latest version of the Samsung Galaxy phone. I have an appointment on July 19th, 2024 to return these Hearing Aids. It's very frustrating and disappointing after paying an insurance Copay of $2,500.00.

Well, I wish I had sought professional ear wax removal. I used a well known brand to attempt a removal, it caused tinnitus in my left ear. Followed the instructions, the next morning: tinnitus. That was 8yrs ago - I still have the whistle to this day. Don't make my mistake people.

It’s hard for me to believe Phonak hearing aids can cost as much as $8,000 a set. I just bought a new iPhone 15. Took me 40 minutes and about 15 tries to connect my hearing aids to the app. I hate to say it but, I expect better out of my hearing aids. Bluetooth has been around since 2002.

It's not clear how to get rechargeable hearing aids into 'Pair Mode'.

Specsavers say they can do this now. I hope this is a regulated service because the NHS are phasing this out and I'm nervous about someone other than the NHS doing it. Really hope it's safe

İf the ear drum has problems can you use microsuction is it safe. İn microsuction Do you use water or vacuum suction

I started using herbs medicine which I ordered from dr Ogbebor he shipped it to me and gave me instructions on how to use the herbal ear drops along with a diet routine which he instructed me to go on, after 3 weeks I regained my hearing completely and the continuous ringing in my head has stopped …hope for all✅✅

It’s very loud but other than that painless

I've had this done many times. It is almost the 6th jewel of the world. You don't feel a thing and it takes like 2 minutes. I have 2 primary ENT"a that I go to depending upon their availability and one uses a special digging machine that is also painless and the other always uses some sort of vacuum suction. It is unbelievably easy. I will never allow anyone to dig ever again. The technology and techniques that specialists use is beyond amazing. I highly recommend going to an ENT to get your ear wax out. They are professional and more importantly they're specialists.

I had this done by an ENT specialist at a private clinic (via the NHS) in 2017 and it was painless. You know something's happening, but it really is painless.

I have to get my ears cleaned after 4 days..i m using eardrops to soften the wax..i m scared does microsucyion hurts? Or is harmful in anyway?

Hi doctor I experienced here in the Philippines and my ear become a bit pain and bleeding.. why it hurts..

I could see me forgetting to pick that roger mic device up off the table when I’m leaving and at $1000 or so to purchase that, it could be quite upsetting. I wonder if there are warranties or insurance to cover loss or theft of these extra accessories?

Though i can hear the voice but unable to absord what you say because i mix all the alphabets and misunderstand the sentences because of the similarity of the words. Thanks for answer in advance.
