Hi Max , had you any difficulty getting the wing off ? I've removed all the bolts and screws but the wing is still firmly attached in the middle bottom . I can see some kind of sealer but its like a really tough rubber . Any suggestions on how to deal with this would be much appreciated . They're good original wings so don't want to wreck them .

It be great to see an updated tool of camper and all the systems you use to run it comfortably, log burner , solar , oven , coal, copper heating hot water 💧 all interesting stuff

You might not be aware, Merc wheel bolts have a coating on them and are only designed to be reused a few times. ( they stretch ) Ask me how I know this... It's a good idea to fit those high viz wheel nut things they have on HGV's or paint a creep line on the bolts. costs nothing to do, could save you a lot of grief.

Brilliant that you are doing your own repairs. Also good that you are back on meat, totally agree with you on the processed crap, buy from butchers that know where the meat is coming from.
