that's a great teaching...thank you
Glad it was helpful!
Such a nice video great explanation keep uploading more videos , we hope Will see more videos like this infiture sir.
Glad you found it helpful! I will try my best to upload more videos on this topic.
Hi, Thanks for the video. I have uranalysis lab values as NEG, POS and TRACE how to convert these values? Should I follow same programming concept?
Hi, Your Videos are very helpful for Statistical Programmers and I learned so many things from your videos. I have one request Could you please make a videos on Proc Lifetest and Proc Phreg procedures including all the options in those procedures.
Thank you so much, works great in Windows 11 also
Glad it helped
Can you please explain about kmplots figures indetail..
ThNK U and I think we may add AGEU at 19 along with their associated variable..
yes, perfect... thats how we need to start looking at- do not memorize but logically link ..
So helpful Anil. Thank you so much!
Glad it was helpful!
OMG you make it so easier to understand sir thankyou very much 🥺✨
glad you found it helpful
Hi sir, pls can u make a vedio on SDTM Lab toxicity grade and explain how local data and cetral(vender) data is presented in LB.
Thank you! Wishing you the same. Best wishes on your new training program.
Thank you
Wishing you same 🎉🎉
Thank you..
Hello, could you please share details with me also?

Hi..Can you please share the details

Hello sir, when we can derive dtype? Before paramtyp or after paramtyp
for parameters which are directly coming from source sdtm datasets, it does not matter on which variable (paramtyp vs dtype) is created first. for the derived parameters, dtype has to be/can be created only after the derived parameter creation (that is, dtype rows are created after paramtyp value assignment)..
if first.test then baseline=.; what is the use of this , since in the next data step it will populate with baseline=value in this case 160 even though it has to be baseline=. ?
if first.test then baseline=.; this statement is used to prevent carrying forward of the baseline values of one test of a subject to another test.
Hi nice explanation sir, where we can find specification for FA in your channel

Can you please explain anyone table in R language.
This video is amazing! You broke down everything so clearly and in such a short time. Now I can remember all the variables in DM just by picturing what you showed here. Thank you so much #mycsg it’s so helpful!
Glad it was helpful!
Please make a video on how to assign labels and lengths to charter variables. (In R programming)
there is no direct equivalent concept of SAS of lengths in R as they are dynamically handled based on value assignments (no truncations).. similarly, there is no direct equivalent of labels in R.. there are some packages which can be used for adding labels.. you can search in internet for those if needed.
Hi, Can you please make a video on safety and efficacy table. Thanks
Your videos are very helpful. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with everyone. I have a question about how to generate the mock shell below. I got the value of subject counts and event counts wanted to know by doing transpose do we get the output as below or do we need to make changes in proc report ? please share your input on this along with the code. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Drug A Drug B Total n=xx n=xx n=xx --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Preferred Term Subject n (%) | No of Events Subject n (%) | No of Events Subject n (%) | No of Events ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
How do you calculate age variable?
Age is a collected directly on crf, and not derived...
Sir, Why in most of the DM domain date variables are considered as Qualifier variables why not Timing Variables
sir,one silly question EOS is not SDTM domain right,In above video you used EOS from where you get it?is it intermediate dataset?if no means from where we will get DEATH details in AE(I think this death first we will considered into AE)
EOS is a raw dataset that is used to capture the end of study status for the subject.
谢谢!
Thank you..
Please keep posting this great videos regarding domains ❤
Thank you, I will
谢谢!
Thank you...
Finally found what I wanted🎉
glad you found it helpful...
what a great job!!!
glad you liked it...
Very well explained, thanks so much for your dedication. Which program are you using for annotating the table print? It seems so useful.
glad you found it helpful... Screenshot tool faststone capture is used
Hi sir can you explain basics in R
if you already know SAS, the videos in this playlist are considered as basics of R tidyverse package
Thank you so much sir 😊 can you explain tables programing in R
Yes, soon
Thanks!
Welcome!
Good in spec and easy to understand 👍.
Glad you liked it
Very nice explanation sir...its very helpful...please explain the chapters also....its a request
You can find the playlist covering almost all chapters here. ua-cam.com/play/PLPtw8CzW9VNWzLgHnwaF60YZtd7iOghf8.html
Should we include tumor identifier in RS as well, as we are assessing response for each tumor as well as overall?
no, we assess the response overall if it is based on recist criteria... not sure if there is guideline or study specific requirement to check response of individual tumors... if so, then tumor identifier has meaning in RS too..
thank you so much explaining this ?? before best or yymmdd10. This ?? was used a lot in other clinical trail codes.
Glad it was helpful!
Hi sir, i have a small doubt, which treatment we consider from adsl dataset planned or actual.. We follow the SAP?
in general, for outputs based on safety analysis set we use actual treatment and for other analysis we use planned treatment... but these will be specified in SAP of each study as well...
Please arrange the Video in Playlist- for SAS learning for beginners. I am in QA and Interested SAS learning
the playlists of sdtm, adam and tfls are ordered logically...
hi sir what if there is an cross over study for that there would be two treatment element so if we use this method then (there are duplicate in ID statement in proc transpose) we will get this error
epoch names will be different in cross over studies, like trt1 and trt2
@@mycsg here anyway it would be under treatment i meant the start date would be trt1 date and end date would be trt2 end date. that is sorted now but i merge with the main dataset why i have this error like(merge statement has more than one dataset with by values) how to solve this. because here we are only using usubjid as by variable
This made my day.
glad you found it helpful..
Hello actually I am little confused on merging like if I create ADSL dataset so I have need to merge DM with VS Which merging should I do here like inner, full, left and right merging?
you will have to process your vs data such that there is one record per subject and do left join with adsl as left dataset
@@mycsg After sorting the dataset data merg1 ; Merge dm (in=a) vs(in=b) ; By usubjid ; If a ; Run; This is correct for dm and vs?
@@mycsg ok because vs have many so firstly have to process ok gotit
correct, provided your vs dataset has one record per subject... most common parameter from vs is baseline weight - if your vs is processed like that for baseline weight then it is correct
@@mycsg if I create sdtm vs as per specification then it process like one record per subject or not ?
Hi, Can you please make a video for aCRF
Hello Sir, I have one doubt. The derivation logic for each variables in your spec will varry depends on study design? will that be given to us by sponcer or should we remember all these ourself ? Please advise.
derivations of some variables and parameters remain same/similar across studies... for other things, details will be available in statistical analysis plan and spec should be drafted based on those details...
@@mycsg Thank you so much! I’m currently learning statistical programming, and your lessons are fantastic. You’re providing an invaluable service, and I truly appreciate it! Would it possible to reach you over phone.?

why ARMNRS for 1003 is different from 1006?
1003 is assumed to be a screen failure where as 1006 is assumed to be a screen pass but not randomised... so, the reasons would differ... we do see such cases in real time
??best. what this mean?
explained it on one of your other same comment
Hi , your videos are very helpful. Please explain about figures also.
glad you found them helpful.... will try
