Oh I have quite a few favorites. I am currently loving this: Frozen ripe bananas + frozen dragon fruit + frozen blueberries + peanut butter + vanilla plant-protein powder + vanilla extract sometimes + almond milk + maple syrup for sweetness if needed.

They are awesome for storage! Pro-Tip, the two pieces for the base actually slide into pockets in the fabric at the bottom (from the outside), making them even nicer to use 💛

decluttering can be hard when i get sentimental, but it helps me let go of things when i realize that they can be of more benefit to someone else rather than just stuck in my closet haha

How do you clean your lululemon hoodies? Does the color fade? Been wanting to buy some lululemon but heard it’s hard to keep clean.
@@PH-tv2sw I always wash with cold water/gentle cycle. Avoid using bleach or fabric softener, as they can also damage the fabric. Use mild detergents and air dry instead of using a dryer, helps maintain the shape and color. Don’t over-wash. You can do 3-4 wears per wash unless of course it’s heavily stained/soiled. Slight fading will eventually happen with prolonged wear, but these steps will help slow the process, prevent shrinking and color fading. I’ve had my hoodies for at least 3 years now. The most faded are the black, the greys not so much - hardly noticeable and still look great. I think the color also matters when it comes to how faded they eventually look. Hope this helps :)
I loved this video, so well put together and explanatory.... Since I transitioned from college life to working life, my wardrobe doesn't match my current lifestyle nor character anymore.... But I feel so overwhelmed by the amount of clothes and attached to them, that sometimes it's hard to let go/declutter
Thank you so much! Also, I can relate to this. Many of us experience a period of change and growth after college graduation. Adjusting takes time, but you'll get there eventually. It took me years to evolve into the person I wanted to be. Just remember, we don't need to have everything figured out right away.

My suggestion is that if you hesitate to keep an item, it's time to let it go. Hesitate?Go, consider?go. I make my decision in 2secs I also notice that i will eventually reach for just some items and leave out the rest, whatever i leave out for 2-3 months, i give it away.
I reached a point where this was me. It felt so freeing. This approach will most definitely get the job done (and fast) 🙌🏽
I have the hardest time getting rid of clothes; I get too attached I think. I use a journal sometimes called Throw It Away by Guru Notebooks.
