James Fildes “I know I care deeply about other people” | Mental Health
Having experienced the lack of support for his own mental health experiences, Jame set up Space North East, a men’s mental health group in Sunderland to create a place for people suffering with depression, anxiety and loneliness. His willingness to care for others has set a new purpose for James, which is having a huge effect on the community where he lives. Listen to James talk about his own journey, from suicidal tendencies, being lost, overcoming adversity for a greater purpose. Wise words, with an outstanding insight into understanding people on a very personal level.

You should put Scientology in the title so the algorithm will put this amazing video in the path of the Anti-Scn. movement. Im so deep in the movement that UA-cam did it for me anyway.

I should have said the Anti-cult movement in general. This video can help so many people with a wide array of backgrounds.

I've known you a VERY long time Stobbs and, though our paths have seldom crossed over the years, the times that they have have been quality. You were the last coach I ever played footy under and it was an honour to blow my ACL up for you, even if it was in training 😂 Anyway, from one East Herra lad to another, this brutally honest interview has given me the kick up the arse I needed to start looking after myself and set about sorting out things that I have been ignoring and making excuses not to. We aren't getting any younger, yet we still have so much to experience, despite the doubts that try their hardest to cast their clouds, we can dee this marra. ♥️

So many of us have turned to drink and drugs to try and blank out the pain and escape our reality. Sadly it ends up just making things harder and worse in time. Anyone going through this, please know that when you're ready, you can do it, you can escape. It's going to be hard, I'm not going to lie, but I know you can do it!

"You shouldn't take steroids unless"? "You took the wrong approach to coming off drugs"? How about telling folks that they shouldn't do them at all.? Period. No. You'll never be great, because you weren't great, drug free. I pray that you have no longer term adverse health effects for your foolishness. But, a role model, you ain't.

Great video. “I’ve gained a lot more than I’ve lost”. I remember a shy nervous lovely young girl a few years ago. I now see a hugely confident articulate and beautiful young woman. And yes of course, everyone’s parents will piss them off at times, but you are so right, Clare and Michael are a bit special. Its a privilege to be a friend to you all, and sorry about your first day at the guest house 🤣❤️

A big part of belief in god/satan is avoiding self-responsibility. It wasn't the devil that made you gamble, it was just you. Your decisions are your own, good and bad.
