When I was a child, Squirt was my favorite soda. But we were also quite poor so soda was a luxury. Every time I wanted some of my favorite, Squirt, my granny would come in and whip up a batch of her squirt and it made me so happy. I hope you enjoy my Granny's Squirt too.
Granny squirt so tasty yes granny yes
They did it dirty, calling it that and it needs to stop please
We did it correctly
$8 is FAR better than $27 Solid cronch on them at the end! Great vid 🙌🏽🙏🏽
My favorite way to make meat chips is to dehydrate sliced up cooked chicken breast or cooked lean red meat leftovers Clean ingredients since I made it and the texture is much better. Definitely cheaper than lunch meat per pound too.
I bought the original Ronco (as seen on TV) smoke colored plastic dehydrator back in the 80s, and then found 2 more at thrift stores over the years. We do a lot of venison jerky every year! You should rotate the trays so the meat all gets an even drying to be ready at about the same time. Look up Serious Keto and Ketogenic Woman for experiments in meat chips or jerky from lunch meat. Thanks for trying to make doritos! I can't afford those Carnivore Crisps, but would like a DIY version.
I'd make some nachos with those! And we have a dehydrator out in the garage somewhere. Oh, btw, you need to work on your transitions....
Those are marrow, overgrown zucchini tough skin probably only good for muffins
Good to know
You needed to add more butter.. that was not enough!! 😂
Says omelette, shoes over medium
Says fried egg omelet actually
Shoes over medium
YUMMMMMM!! 😊
Great video, thank you for sharing!
But the raw meat hand directly onto the handle why thoo 😭
It's my favorite
BUT DOES IT MAKE A NOISE WHEN ITS DONE???
Yes
No lack of discipline here! Well done! 🏆
I am so proud for you, Reid! Outstanding accomplishment! 🎉👏👍🥳⭐️⭐️⭐️
Wow!
I can't even imagine what your job is like!
Lol this is a nice video to put on in the background as I study. Food looks great!
Carnivore here, can't do the grits, rest looks yummy. Put the rib bones in your freezer bag waiting to make bone broth!
Wish I liked cooking as much as you do!
That sauteed claw looks amazing holy shit I need to get down to Louisiana. This was so therapeutic to watch. Also, don't escargots need to be rinsed?
The escargot we used are already cooked and in a brine. That's what I was draining
Ah I see! I need to visit your spot one day man. Cheers from NYC!@@ReidakaCC
This is pretty cool
I had to get used to all the quick motion changes-like someone else commented-made me a little motion-sickness, not your fault though you just doing your job and being efficient. Enjoyed watching the video, my parents have worked in restaurants for the past 16 years, and I always hear them talking about how busy it gets but of course there is no way for me to see their pov until this video. Thanks for sharing!
I'll stick to the chest strap
What kind of pans are those
Aluminum
Now I’m hungry 😋 😂
🔥
I like it, but too much movement Reid & I got motion sickness 😮 I’ve never seen a cook wear flip flops, do your feet ever get burned by oil splatters?
I do not
Nice
So nice
This is so cool 👍🏼
Is chef wearing flip flops safety first lol
It be that way sometime
Crazy crazy crazy flip flops
The veggies that show up in the right front burner at 8:25, and get served at 13:00...were those at all cooked beforehand?
No, here's how they're done: olive oil down, broccoli, grape tomatoes, and squash. Season with salt and pepper, top with a little more olive oil. Get sizzling and toss together. Put in broiler on the hot side for 5-7 minutes or until a light char starts to form
Love the Flip Flops. 🩴
You should do more of these, but longer👍🏽

Your not even prepared correctly for a Friday nite? Ur low boy is bare wth? U have no rue made up a head of time? No cream? Who did your mise en place ?
You don't know my mise so you can leave with your nonsense
What fat are you using? Dare I hope that it is rendered animal fat?
It's garlic butter
Everything looks delicious!
You go Chef! 😊
Open-toed sandals in a commercial kitchen? Egads!
I'm a rebel.... Maybe a little uh... Stupid.
I thought Crocs were a mandatory part of the uniform!
Fascinating. I love the stack of clean frying pans ready to go. Nothing non-stick. Are they aluminium?
Yep! All aluminum!
I bought my first aluminum and love it. Al thought it scratches pretty easily and try not to use metal tongs.
I love how everything is right there in a drawer!!!
Me too! We remodeled in 2020 and this was at the top of my list when I was ordering equipment
@@ReidakaCC brilliant!!!
What's that yellow shortening looking substance you start cooking with most?
Garlic butter!
Yumm!
