I don’t use a single standard oven anymore. Send the money on a good air fry toaster oven, it is well worth it. Breville has a new one out.

The turkey came out great, we shared it with some neighbors and they all said it was really moist. Maybe the brining and drying helped, but either way the oven was a success!
