Very unorthodox design. Looks to have quite a flat deadrise so will be stable at rest but I'd still be concerned she'd pound in a head sea. On the whole though it's a schmick looking bit of kit.
Nice boat....very nice. Love the hull and plumb stem. Everything is well thought out. I would be concerned over that much glass. Perhaps the technology is more advanced than I’m giving credit for, and this isn’t really an offshore boat, but I can’t imagine all that glass holding up in those instances where you’re looking out the windows and you see a fish looking back at you.

Your logo is awful. It should be HERLEY written in the shape of the Commander with the Y downstroke making the plumb bow and keel line and the R being the raked windscreen. You're welcome

Such a stunning boat but that winch detracts from it so much. You don’t need to be able to see it at all, why would you?
I would prefer the winch take up unuseable deck space than useable cabin space. I'm sure with the apparent custom build quality they could flush mount your winch into the forward cabin. But for the life if me I dont know why you would bother, especially if it was just for looks.
I actually like the look of having the drum winch exposed. And the practicality of being able to see what’s going on from the helm.
@@stingray4540 what do you need to see🤷🏼♂️ You can’t see into an anchor locker. Anything that blocks vision it a dumb idea.

Your breaking the wave before it has the opportunity to lift the boat. It's totally logical to me that it would be smoother in the chop.

The forward rake of front screen haa multiple advantages most important is when green waters come over The rake takes The waters force off The screen by up too 75percent . Negative glare from sun Gains a lot more cabin space ,bigger shelf aerea. Good on ƴour design tec you got it right. I have a plastic cover on neg rake and has'nt caved in yet with The odd wet one on bow of of Tsunami . Cheers for that Wattie Newtoɲ
