Last day at the beautiful mountains; eating, driving, and catching one last glimpse of natures beaut

It was a fun trip! Maybe one day I’ll look back at this video and see how fun it was! Definitely worth exploring. The places are located in the blue ridge mountains which is in chain with the Appalachia mountains. Close to Hendersonville. I was at the pisgah national forest, as well as Asheville for dinner.

    My brother has a peach tree and it was LOADED WITH BEAUTIFUL PEACHES one day and the next day ALL OF THEM were rotted on one side. What would cause this? I’m as devastated as they are. He said he couldn’t find anything that may have caused it to do that. No sign of bugs of any kind. Do you maybe have any ideas of what might have happened??❤

    • @Sanchez96d
      @Sanchez96d День тому

      @@tinahoward5931 I think that happens because of the intense heat we have, and when it rains a lot in the summer. I’ve noticed some trees with that. I’m assuming it’s some type of fungus. If it’s a nice tree, I would prune open center (remove dead branches, and sick looking branches first.) as you prune I would spray hydrogen peroxide on the pruning equipment, to not spread any ailments.) then when it’s a cloudy day, I would spray hydrogen peroxide or copper fungicide all over the tree branches and trunk, to kill any fungus. Because it sounds like a fungus due to the moisture, if there’s no bugs in the fruit you can cut off the bad part and eat. Is the tree oozing any sap?

      @Sanchez96d День тому

      @@tinahoward5931 also, we have tons of peach trees at our house. And they do excellent. A lot had to do with removing certain bugs in the spring with diatomaceous earth, or seven dust over the years and that helped a lot, sometimes early bugs from the spring can carry diseases I think. Well, my father has a property in another location. Peaches did so well, in the original spot, that I decided to plant some there; however those peaches are not that pretty, because there’s something similar going on with those peaches that sound similar to your issue, but it’s not hard to correct. Good pruning to encourage good air circulation, when cloudy or any time in the spring and even winter when plant is dormant or not spray hydrogen peroxide or copper fungicide and at the base of the plant seven dust or diatomaceous earth is the solution. The best peach tree we have is planted where it gets morning sun and afternoon shade.

    A north americam rhododendron species. I live on the other side of the world we have vireya azelas but they grow above 3000ft

    • @Sanchez96d
      @Sanchez96d 22 дні тому

      Oh, yes! They’re pretty! I’ve never seen them. They look almost like avocado leaves, and they have flowers similar to those of azeleas. I’ve never seen them. This is the first time I hear about “rhododendrons,” and it’s cool!

    • @viiiderekae
      @viiiderekae 21 день тому

      @@Sanchez96d azaleas, vireyas, are all rhododendrons but from different "sections" each section will have varying leaf shape and size , growth pattern, flower shape, whether a tree is decidious or evergreen Azaleas have small leaves and come in 2 forms evergreen and decidious. Laurel azaleas are usually just called "rhododendron" in nurseries though all of them regardless of the section name have the scientific genus name of rhododendron. Vireyas look like laurel rhododendron but can be both soil growing and epiphytic on stuntend trees above 3000ft and have deeper colored flowers Example malayan vireya - Rhododendron malayanum Pontic laurel azalea/rhododendron- Rhododendron ponticum Btw depending on location they can be short bushes in alpine species to massive trees like the laurel azalea Rhododendron arboreum from the himalayas. The entire genus of rhododendron are only found in North america, Europe, temperate and tropical Asia, melanesia and northern australia. They are not found in south america and africa. They also belong tl the heather family, hence they are related to blueberries and heathers

    How much cost this? I have 3 palms and they look ugly.

    • @Sanchez96d
      @Sanchez96d Місяць тому

      It ranges from $150-$300 per palm, depending on the person. It just depends on how hard the work is. For me I try to be fair, and affordable. I enjoy doing it, honestly. Where do you reside in? That also has a factor

    • @Sanchez96d
      @Sanchez96d Місяць тому

      Palms are slow growing too, so you have to be patient. As long as there’s still some growth, in the center. There’s a chance for a come back, also a lot of reasons palm decline can be nutrient deficiency if they’re an older palm. And with palms newly planted, it’s that sometimes people can plant them too deep, which leads to issues, or transplant shock

      Yes, the other videos that follow, in the shorts. If you click on the shorts. I was thinking of doing a video, that merges all the transitions with cuts, but then it reduces the quality. I’m not good at editing so I made it into 4-5 parts. Do check them out! It’s not perfect, as I didn’t want to stay there all day, since it was for courtesy
